Krane alis

Krane Alis is a solo artist from the Bay Area in Northern California. Her sound is a collection of dark bedroom pop mixed with electric synths that make you want to dance. She has had many creative influences and believes in making genre defying music. One of her favorite eras, the 80’s, has provided great inspiration with the synth based sounds that emerged from that time period.

The Talking Heads, David Bowie, Blondie, Eurythmics and too many more to name, are among her favorites. Modern influences are groups like LCD Soundsystem, Hot Chip, Daft Punk, Future Islands, Little Dragon, M.I.A, Caribou, Sylvan Esso, Santigold, Phantogram, and many many more. Her debut album, Shake What Sticks, which was released on March 12th 2021, was created in her home studio/ closet. Some early reviews have claimed it to be:
